Weller Designs were asked to provide a feasibility study on how this prestigious golf facility could further improve its business. To this end, we provided designs for the relocation and redesign of the practice range, a nine-hole, par 3 course and the inclusion of a state of the art 3G synthetic sports pitch. Planning permission was given in 2020 and work starts on the course at the end of 2021.
Weller Designs have been instructed to project manage the build phase.
