Weller Designs have undertaken golf course remodelling work for numerous golf clubs, to meet a variety of requirements. Redesign can be employed to make a course, or a specific part of a golf course, more attractive, more easily maintainable, safer and more suited to the demands of the modern game.
As concern over the future reliability and cost of mains water supply grows, an increasing number of golf clubs are looking at reservoir creation as an option for maintaining summer supply in times of drought. In conjunction with specialist irrigation engineers Irriplan, Weller Designs can provide a full service for the design and construction of reservoirs that meets technical requirements but is also shaped and landscaped to fit discretely into its surroundings (see Home Page for more details).
As keen club golfers ourselves, we have an awareness of the concerns and sensibilities of golf club members, and will be happy to make presentations of our designs, listen to member's opinions and answer their questions. We can produce presentation boards showing colour sketches, montages and plan views of our proposals.
