Golf Course Architects

On agreement of the golf course concept we prepare, assuming it is required, a planning submission. This will include golf course grading and landscaping plans, cross-sections, planting schedules and a detailed supporting statement covering site and project description, golf course construction methodology, impact assessment and landscape management.

If full Environmental Impact Assessment is required by the planning authority, Weller Designs can prepare the Environmental Statement, undertake landscape and visual impact assessment, and coordinate the preparation of other studies, liaising between contractors, local authority and client.

Detailed colour artwork, photomontages and computer-generated 3D views can be produced either for planning or marketing purposes.

Following planning submission Weller Designs will manage the provision of further information to the authorities as required, either during the consultation phase or for the discharge of planning conditions following approval.
