Following planning approval we produce detailed construction drawings including clearing plans and separate scaled plans, showing spot heights and 0.25m interval contours, for each green, tee and hazard. Green plans can also show sectors for pin locations, 3d views from different approach angles and distances, and a design description to indicate, for example, directions of drainage flow, slope angles and key features such as steps or tiers.
Seeding and planting plans will be produced, and for tender/pricing purposes a construction specification and bill of quantities.
