Golf Course Appraisal

In addition to the analysis of specific problem areas on a golf course, as a precursor to undertaking golf course remodelling work, Weller Designs undertake full course appraisals. A course appraisal covers all the elements that can affect the playability and effective operation of a golf course, from design and landscaping through to problems with course condition and player / public safety.
We produce a detailed document which, with feedback and input from the Golf Club, can form a blueprint for the future development of a course. Illustrated with plans, photographs and colour artwork, this includes a hole-by-hole assessment of the course's strengths and weaknesses, and suggestions for tackling any specific weaknesses and issues. A summary of the various elements of the golf course layout (routing, use of planting, water, greens, tees, etc) offers conclusions as to how general improvements might be achievable.
