Weller Designs can assist with the choice of golf course construction contractor, and administration of the tender and golf course construction process. We undertake regular site visits to check progress, deal with issues, liaise with the client and approve payments.

Post-completion we can make site visits during the defects liability period, prepare defects lists and approve retention payments.

For ongoing development of the golf course, and to satisfy planning conditions, Weller Designs can produce management plans for site maintenance and landscape development.
